CONTENT

1. Report the result of their Action Plan (*)

    - Participants report what they have applied to work and what they haven’t after one-month implementation 

2. Feedback 

    - Trainer gives feedback and advice for improvement for each participant 

3. Review

    - Participants review, deepen the knowledge and skills they've learnt 

4. Advice for further improvement & Q&A activities

 

 (*) Action plan is a homework that participants will be assigned after taking our training. Based on what they've learnt in the training, they will set goals and plan with detailed actions to implement the knowledge and skills at their workplace, then they shall carry out the plan for a month.
