On January 15th–16th, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the training program “BUSINESS SKILL BASICS” was successfully conducted with 22 participants from 4 different companies.
The program was developed to equip participants with a solid foundation in professional working manners and adaptability skills within a Japanese corporate environment. The training focused on three core value:
- Building a professional working style, covering workplace behavior, compliance awareness, teamwork, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Understanding Japanese workplace culture and managerial expectations, while recognizing differences in thinking and working styles Compare Japanese enterprise & Europe-American enterprise.
- Gaining a clear understanding of management mechanisms and task allocation, enabling participants to integrate proactively and develop a sustainable career path.
The training content was delivered through practical case studies, open discussions, and real-world experience sharing, ensuring participants could apply the knowledge directly to their daily work. Beyond professional learning, the program also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and learn from peers from different organizations, helping broaden their perspectives and approaches at work.
