On November 19th-20th, 2025, Aimnext successfully organized “Developing Coaching Skills for Managers” training program in Ho Chi Minh City. The course received a lot of positive feedback of 23 participants from 8 different companies.
During the training, participants were guided and practiced on the following topics:

- Part 2: The GROW Coaching Model & Practical application
- Part 3: Coaching techniques & Handling difficult situations
- Part 4: Coaching in the workplace
