On February 5th–6th, 2026, in HCM City, the training program “HOU-REN-SOU SKILL” was successfully conducted with 7 participants from 4 different companies.
The course was designed to equip learners with a strong foundation in Hou-ren-sou (Report – Inform – Consult), thereby enhancing communication and workplace coordination in a Japanese business environment. The program consisted of three main focuses:
- Self assessment of Hou-ren-sou skill and awareness of one’s weaknesses..
- Understanding the importance, implementation process and application of Hou-Ren-Sou to the reality of work..
- Improve the ability to present the problem efficiently “easy to grasp, persuasive and stick to the point”..
The training content was delivered through practical case studies, open discussions, and real-world experience sharing, ensuring participants could apply the knowledge directly to their daily work. Beyond professional learning, the program also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and learn from peers from different organizations, helping broaden their perspectives and approaches at work.
