On July 9-10, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, AIMNEXT Vietnam successfully organized a training course on "Implementation of 5S," with the participation of many trainees from manufacturing businesses in various fields. They learned together, built a solid foundation in 5S, and directly applied it to their own businesses.
Throughout the two-day training program, participants were introduced to the entire 5S implementation process – Seiri (Sorting) – Seiton (Arranging) – Seiso (Cleaning) – Seiketsu (Standardizing) – Shitsuke (Discipline) – through group discussions and practical case studies. Beyond theory, the course focused particularly on practical application, enabling participants to immediately apply the principles to their respective departments after completion. What sets this program apart is the field trip to the TOSHIBA INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS ASIA (TIPA) standardized 5S factory in Dong Nai. Through this activity, trainees not only master the theory but also see and hear firsthand about the management model, directly learning about the implementation and maintenance of 5S from the TIPA factory management team. From there, after the course, trainees can independently develop a 5S action plan for their department.
After the course concluded, the program received very high praise for its practicality and the instructors' ability to communicate. Many trainees shared that the lesson content was closely related to real-world production, helping them identify areas for improvement in their departments and providing them with immediate tools to take action.
