For this reason, in order to further perfect its internal HR system, TORA TECH partnered with AIMNEXT to review and upgrade the three core pillars of HR management: the grading system (job levels), the performance evaluation system, and the compensation system (salary and rewards). This is considered a crucial step to enhance transparency, create development motivation, and encourage proactive spirit among all employees.

II. Grading System – Clarifying Roles, Providing Clear Orientation for Each Position

Previously, the company applied levels such as Level 1, 2, 3, corresponding to Junior, Middle, and Senior.
