I. About customer – Brands that prioritize quality and efficiency
Operating in the human resources sector, REERACOEN stands out for its ability to connect companies with candidates at all levels—from staff to management. With a network spanning six Asian countries and a deep understanding of each local market, REERACOEN is steadily bridging the gap between businesses and talent across borders, contributing to business growth and helping individuals fulfill their career aspirations.

In the context of continuous business expansion and the desire to develop a pipeline of successor leaders to maintain growth momentum, REERACOEN Vietnam has chosen to partner with AIMNEXT on the “Leadership Skill Development” program. This initiative aims to strengthen internal management capabilities and build sustainable cohesion within the team.
II. Program objective:
During the two-day training, participants explored and practiced key topics:
- Positioning a suitable leadership style and applying it to specific situations.
- Job instruction, training, and employee development.
- Methods for motivating employees and retaining talent.
- - Communication skills for influencing others and managing relationships effectively within the organization.
The program was implemented in a highly interactive format, combining theory and practice through group discussions, sharing real-world case studies, and receiving direct feedback from the instructor.

III. Effectiveness as noted in participants feedback
- 100% of participants rated the course as“Useful”, with 77.8%rating it “Very useful”.
- 100%of participants rated the instructor as “Excellent”, giving a perfect score for their inspiring yet easy-to-understand, practical, and highly applicable teaching style.
- 100%expressed their desire to continue participating in future training programs with Aimnext.
In addition to the training results, the heartfelt feedback from participants also served as a great source of motivation for the program's implementation team.

The course has concluded, but its impact will surely last, inspiring a daily commitment to self-development, a renewed leadership style, and the belief that “LEADERSHIP IS NOT ABOUT CONTROL; IT IS ABOUT CONNECTION AND EMPOWERMENT”.
