4. Follow-up Program

After each course, participants will present the results of their Action Plan, identifying any remaining skill gaps. Through feedback from the instructor, participants can learn corrective methods and review the learned content.


5. Final Report

After completing all the training programs, participants will attend a final report session to receive feedback from the director and their superiors, thereby boosting their motivation to learn. Through these training programs, the goal is to comprehensively enhance management skills to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
