There are 2 points of view in developing staff's abilities: short-term training and mid-to-long-term training.

Both of the training strategies are important. However, we would think that the training program should be built in line with the mid-to-long-term business strategy.The simple reason is because, the mid-to-long-term development of “human” is indispensable for achieving mid-to-long-term company development strategy.

Therefore, in our very first steps, we start with clarifying HR vision, policy and strategy through interview with top management. Then, we analyze the gap between HR current state and company’s expectation. Finally, we help you plan a human resource development strategy and support your actions to fulfill the gap.
